By 15 septembre 2025septembre 25th, 2025Events

CIPOSA in Neuchâtel will open it’s doors on the 30.10.25 for a networking event with the participation of Swiss Dispensing, Reseatech, Moebius, inspire and dgtis

This half-day gathering will be dedicated to the fascinating world of selective micro-dosing. Together with industry specialists, we will explore the challenges, innovations, and future perspectives of this key technology.

The afternoon will feature expert presentations, a roundtable discussion, and a guided visit of Ciposa’s workshops — offering a unique opportunity to discover their universe from the inside. The event will conclude with a convivial networking aperitif.

Program

13h00 Welcome coffee

13h30 Opening by Florian Stauffer, CEO of Ciposa and Joëlle Tosetti, Managing Director of the CoBooster

13h45  Presentation from Bruno Thomann, CEO of Swiss Dispensing : « Mistakes to Avoid in Dosing »

We advise, define, build, test, and sample your dispensing process — ensuring everything works perfectly before you commit. From feasibility studies in our lab to full support in production, we serve a wide range of markets: watchmaking, electronics, automotive, medical, and more.

14h05 Presentation from Simon Zumbrunnen, CEO of Reseatech : « Time-pressure dispensing with inline measurement », with the collaboration of Fabian Mittnacht and/or Josua Printz from Bürkert GmbH & Co. KG (Germany).

ReseaTech’s flow sensors enable the measurement of dynamic processes with high resolution. Especially with pulsating pumps and fast-switching dosing valves, the pulsed flow sensors from Reseatech bring great advantages due to their reaction speed. Filling processes can thus be precisely mapped, controlled and logged.

14h25 Presentation from Fritz Bircher Head Advanced AM Technologies at inspire « Digital Material Deposition Principles »

As a strategic partner of ETH Zurich, inspire AG is the leading Swiss competence centre for technology transfer to the mechanical, electrical and metal (MEM) industries. It conducts research for the industry, develops state-of-the-art technologies, methods and processes and solves problems in all areas of product innovation and production technology.

14h45 Coffee break

15h10 Presentation from Christophe Letondor CTO of Moebius : « Lubrication & Watches : The Drop you Need »

Since 1855 Moebius has stood for the highest quality. Their oils, greases, epilames and specialty products are used worldwide in various industries – in particular in watchmaking and microtechnics. Moebius is a company of the Swatch Group.

15h30 Presentation from Marco Aloe, CEO of Dgtis: « TBD »

We specialize in industrial systems software and vision integration, with over 20 years’ experience in the field. We use modern technologies to provide state-of-the-art solutions to improve our customers’ efficiency and productivity.

15h50 Presentation from Florian Stauffer, CEO of Ciposa: « 5 keys steps to control automated dispensing »

Ciposa is specialized in MICRO-ASSEMBLY to design, develop, and manufacture modular and flexible equipment for the assembly and inspection of small and very small components. Ciposa innovates to support people in their daily lives through customized automation solutions, making tasks less strenuous for the user and more efficient than standard solutions available on the market.

16h10 Roundtable discussion with all participants: « From Lab to Production: Challenges and Opportunities in Selective Micro-Dosing »

16h35 Visit of Ciposa

17h35 Conclusion and apero

Presentation of the speakers

Florian Stauffer, CEO of Ciposa, is a mechanical engineer who has been with CIPOSA SA since 2009. Over the years, he has developed several projects and products within the company and became co-owner and CEO in 2022, leading innovation in automated assembly machine design for the microtechnology industry.

Bruno Thomann, CEO of Swiss Dispensing, holds a degree in mechanical engineering and business administration. He began his career in dispensing technology in 1993, when he developed and launched his first dispensing devices. Today, Bruno combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision worldwide. His focus is on developing practical, high-precision, and sustainable dispensing solutions.

Bruno is the founder and managing director of swiss dispensing ltd, an independent competence center for process definition in dispensing technology. The company consults, defines, builds, tests, and samples dispensing processes across all industries, including medical technology, food & drug, watchmaking industry, automotive and electronics.

Simon Zumbrunnen, CEO of Reseatech, was a scientific assistant at the institute for print technology at the university of applided sciences in Burgdorf. He co- founded the spin-off ReseaTech GmbH in 2015. ReseaTech provides measurement systems for dosing- and filling machines in the pharmaceutical and beverage industry and is part of the german Bürkert group.

Fritz Bircher, Head Advanced AM Technologies at inspire, holds a master’s degree in engineering and in business administration. After graduating, he worked 10 years in R&D for different companies on mechatronic systems. During his more than 25 years in applied research, he founded two research institutes in inkjet printing for studying and exploring all possible jetting and dispensing principles with all kinds of materials in a wide range of applications. In 2021 he joined inspire AG. As a global leader in print research, he also serves as president of both the international print research association and the Swiss AM Network.
